For a return to us in case of repair, replacement or calibration, please use our fillable return notification PDF form.
It is necessary that this return notification form is enclosed with every return shipment, otherwise we reserve the right to send the return shipment back to the sender without freight charges.
Please use our fillable DNO form for your material samples when sending them to us for molecular analysis.
It is necessary that the declaration of no objection is enclosed with each sample consignment, otherwise we reserve the right to return the material samples to the sender at his cost.
